Our story began in 1987 in Missouri, where Travis Ballenger first established his reputation in the high-stakes world of auctions and real estate. After decades of success—including a deep dive into the advertising and marketing industries—Travis relocated to Montana in 2010. He founded House of Bozeman Realty in 2011, quickly evolving it into a premier residential brokerage serving Bozeman and the surrounding areas.
In 2019, House of Montana Realty was launched with a clear mission: to eventually bring that same signature-level service to every corner of the Big Sky State. Today, we have merged these two brokerages into a single, unified firm. House of Montana Realty with a service area that now covers Western and Central Montana, we combine local knowledge with a massive statewide network. This service area is estimated to cover nearly 75% of the state’s population centers and the vast majority of its high-value real estate.
